The smallest studio was only 405 square feet, and the largest one-bedroom was 658 square feet. Our experienced Design Coordinators act as your own expert personal shoppers for you. With your design plan and end-goals in hand, the Design Coordinator purchases all the decorartive items, furniture and/or appliances to fit your design and budget. And, because you let us find the deals and purchase them for you, you often get to take advantage of, “designer-only” discounts. The Design Coordinator is a complimentary service and all items selected for purchase are always subject to your approval.

If you need help with the construction of our designs our Construction Division can handle virtually any job. Our Construction Division is made up of experienced and licensed Trade Professionals who take the plans we’ve created with you and turn them into your completed project. By using our Construction Division, you ensure no detail is missed and your design project turns out just the way it should. We take pride in what we build, and with us, it’s more than just a job.

No matter which service(s) you choose, a design master breakdown sheet and binder will be provided. In addition, we are also available to meet onsite with the Owner, Contractor and others as needed. Our goal is to keep your project moving forward as expeditiously as possible.
